What is coaching?
Coaching is a partnership with clients in a reflective and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
It helps an individual or group identify their goals, develop skills, overcome obstacles, and achieve extraordinary results in their personal or professional lives.
Through reflective questions and a focus on the present and future, coaching empowers the client's best version of themselves so they can generate their own solutions and design actions that take them from their current situation to their goals.
What services do you offer?
Individual coaching: I address individuals (life coaching) and executives within their organizations (executive coaching).
Team coaching: Optimizing the team's potential toward ambitious goals.
Systemic facilitation: Expanding the team's awareness to move together toward a better place.

What is your approach?
My approach focuses on the Coactive Coaching model combined with my experience in organizational leadership, as well as tools from Ontological Coaching, NLP, Gestalt, Systemic Team Coaching, and Systemic Facilitation.
The Coactive model is based on the belief: "All people, by nature, are creative, whole, and resourceful." This model focuses on the whole person to bring about transformation.
In terms of Leadership, I firmly believe that "we are all leaders": we all can impact our world.
How long does the coaching last?
The length of the individual coaching process is mutually agreed upon between the client and the coach.
A minimum of six sessions over a three-month period is generally recommended.
Processes generally range between six and twelve sessions.
Team coaching processes vary depending on the level of complexity of each case. A minimum of three months with three in-person sessions is also recommended.

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the most recognized global organization in the coaching profession.
Its mission is to establish and uphold ethical and quality standards, provide a competency framework that guides professional practice, and award international accreditation to both coaches and training programs.


What is systemic coaching?
Systemic team coaching is a methodology that helps teams become more aware of how they function as a group. It helps identify strengths and areas for improvement, improve communication, and align efforts to achieve ambitious shared goals more effectively.
